Owing to concern over Coronavirus, the 25th Annual Los Angeles Times Festival of Books – original set for mid-April — has been postponed to the October 3-4, 2020, weekend. It will take place in association with the University of Southern California on the USC campus.
Since 1996, The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books has gathered writers, poets, artists, filmmakers, musicians and emerging storytellers, and ranks as the largest event of its kind in the United States.
The Book Prizes awards ceremony, planned for April 17, will not be held this year. However, honorees and winners will be acknowledged through an announcement which remains scheduled for April 17.
