Last Thoughts

Did I get it right?
Did I give enough love to those who needed it?
Did I put their desires ahead of mine?
Was I strong when I had to be
But compliant when it was better to bend?
Was I forgiving to those who wronged me?
Did I befriend those who were left behind?
Did I rejoice with those who excelled?
Did I give comfort to those who grieved?
Did I get it right? If not
Will I get another chance?
